Good grief... it can't be!! Wednesday again? Look what I found when I was out shopping yesterday? I had to pick them up... love the packaging with all the doodling on it... almost an ideal snack for a scrappy person, don't you think?
This is my work desk at the moment... I making another of the Less Patient books with the drawers so that I can write a tutorial for it... it could take me a while!!
Sitting together on the sofa behind me are the cats... unusual for them to be up close and personal with each other so Pandy must have been feeling the chill and searched Tom-Tom for the heat!! I know it is now officially spring and at home in Scotland they are enjoying a veritable heatwave... here in Calgary it is not so spring-like... had snow yesterday so obviously Mother Nature didn't get the memo about spring arriving...
I had a tidy up in the basement this week... and moved the furniture about a bit so both desks are next to each other now.
and my little lounge bit behind me now looks like this...

I've never seen the room in its entirety since you first moved into the empty space. Now I get a clearer view of it and idea of what it's like. BTW, I see Pandy peeking her head up in the last picture. Loved it.

Wow Annette - what a wonderful open plan space for you to craft in. Looks like the whole footprint of my house would fit in that space.

Not only great packaging but lovely contents too - try Golden Grahams, salted peanuts and (those stick like Pretzels - can't remember the name). Mix together and pour melted white chocolate over - let cool. Great pick and eat at parties.
Fabulous room you have down there. Wish I had something so huge - no up or down here in the bungalow.

Scotland eh? SO that's where all my warmth went! Good thing I like the Scots, otherwise I'd be over there demanding it back! Never hear of those OMG's, but the milk choccy ones look good (don't like dark), so that's a bag for you and a bag for me then?? Is it me or is this room getting bigger? No wonder you have the urge to rearrange every now and then!!
Am loving the OMGs, wouldn't take me long to inhale a bag of them! Hurry up with the tutorial then, I need urgently to download it and then procrastinate over trying it.

I like getting the full perspective of your room. It looks like a great place to play. I like the different organizers on your desk to hold different things within reach. I want to curl up and nap with the kitties! It looks warm and cozy.

The rearrangement looks ab fab. I really love basements and yours looks wonderful. What a luxury to have such a comfy space to work, think, relax in. As you probably know, we don't have basements in Oz so when I lived in Vancouver, I had a reputation for exploring peoples' basements.

Great post Annette, shame I'm so late popping in :( Enjoyed the tour of your craft room - it's fabulous. We don't, as a rule, have basements in Scotland. The house we had in Germany did have one and I had a craft room set up there but it wasn't nearly as comfy looking as yours :) Your cats look adorable and I love their names.
