I am still mojo-less... I hope where ever he is, Mr Mojo is having one heck of a good time! LOL
I have resorted to making Christmas cards... nothing fancy or amazing but at least I will have a few made ready for posting.
and to keep up with the 'use the TH dies' challenge I made a few of these with the reindeer die! It seems weird making Christmas cards in hot weather and sunshine!!
Don't forget to check out the linky list over at Julia's Stamping Ground where you will find loads of exciting desks to check out!
Your Christmas cards look great. I REALLY need to start on mine. Still looking for some inspiration. #4
ReplyDeleteOh Gorgeous! WHat a lovely line up of reideer holiday cards, each so unique and beautiful! Well done!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Kelly #12
That's the thing about mailing lots of cards you have to make them all thin and no fat embellishments love the paper choices you've done
ReplyDeleteif you want you can have my weather it's getting cold and rainy !! hugs Nikki 1
OMGosh, these are lovely. I've never seen that die before. And I thought I'd seen every Timmy die made, especially during my visits to WOYWW desks. I'm not playing this week, because I'm still not feeling well. Of course, I had to stop by since I was already on the computer. Hope you find your mojo soon, dear friend.
ReplyDeleteI love your unique Christmas cards! They are wonderful! Happy WOYWW!

Great Christmas cards!
ReplyDeleteI need to get started too...
Have a nice day!

Good for you to make beautiful Christmas cards while Mr. Mojo is away on vacation, Annette! That is so much better than just sitting on your hands waiting for him to come back (which I hope is soon!). Happy WOYWW and have a wonderful week! Hugs, Darnell #9
ReplyDeleteI love your reindeer cards, and how you've used them - just beautiful! I can't make Christmas cards in the heat of summer so I think I'd really struggle in Oz! Have a great week. Helen 31
ReplyDeleteIt's cold (7C) wet and still breezy although THE storm passed by Monday lunchtime...I've just cranked the heating up a touch.
ReplyDeleteGreat collection of cards.
Toni xx
Sorry you're still in the creative dumps but I think your Chistmas cards are lovely, have you thought about checking out a new-to-you technique video on YouTube and having a play - just to get you started? Hope it helps. MMx #41
ReplyDeleteTotally normal to be hot and sunny and making card for Christmas, Annette!! love the reindeer dies.. and yes we do have them in Oz just not with much sow around :D
ReplyDeleteOh, and glad to be of help re the Poinsettia they grow quite large the red ones, too, this wasn't really that big, mostly you see dwarfs that is why they are smaller, Shaz in oz.x #8
Gorgeous cards Annette but I really do think you should have them all wearing their bikinis :-)

Well for card makers, this doesn't appear to be mojo less! they're lovely..and I completely agree about the season in the sunshine. awe were in Sydney for Christmas about 100 years ago and I couldn't shake off the feeling that tinsel and glitter just looks tacky and grim in the sun!!
ReplyDeleteYou've done a good job with the christmas cards. Happy woyww Jill #37
ReplyDeleteSo classy! I know I will be madly making mine in December! x Jo
ReplyDeleteSuper Chrimbo cards :-) I had to laugh to myself about the Reindeers.... they just look like one is running up saying "Yippee.. it's Christmas and I'm so excited" and the other one is going.... "Woah - Dude... get outa my face !!" !!! Hee hee... maybe it's just my crazy mind :-D

Great cards and I hope the weather doesn't get too hot for you over the christmas hols.
ReplyDeleteSandra @65
Love the background you're using with the deer. Ooh to have hot weather again.....and we've just started to cool off and I miss the heat already. Thanks for the earlier visit! Happy WOYWW! Nan G #6
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards. I too have a missing mojo at the moment. Very frustrating! Hope you find yours again soon:)
ReplyDeleteKaren no.51 x
Yip, it is hot here for Christmas too...hence I don't buy the snow stencils or snow men dies or snow anything...I just can't relate...we spend the day in the pool!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, beautiful cards--they're very elegant.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW to you!

What do you mean Mr Mojo is still on holidays, looks like he is kicking on well with the cards you have created they are super and very creative, love them. Maybe you don't realize he is in the same room as you.
ReplyDeleteHappy Crafting and have a great week.
Happy WOYWW

Well, Kid-O these are great cards, and I know how frustrating it is to have your MOJO on vacation, and to make Christmas cards in the heat. First Christmas in California was the weirdest ever with no snow, and lots of sun shine. Of course that was 50 years ago. LOL
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Krisha #18
Those cards look fabulous. What a lovely reindeer die!

Hi Annette, it must feel strange indeed to be making Christmas cards when your gearing up for summer. If it's any consollation, the weather is horrible over here, cold, wet and dreich ... not nice at all! And considering Mr Mojo has gone gadabout, your cards are all lovely. Hope you have a good week. Elizabeth x #42
ReplyDeleteGosh, I think your Christmas cards are quite fancy and amazing. Love your use of the deer die.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog earlier and for the nice comments.
Happy Woyww,

Sorry to hear that you are in a creative slump. The good part is that you are making some gorgeous Christmas cards and will be ready in December, unlike some of us that wait til last minute, lol! Have a great WOYWW week! Rasz #86
ReplyDeleteLove the fact that you are creating "C" cards in the heat. Can't help smiling at Ike's comment above - good thinking.
ReplyDeleteHugs, neet 16xx
Yes! I have a very hard time making Christmas cards in the heat. Then again, once it cools down I don't seem to have the motivation either. I think your cards are looking good.
ReplyDeleteIt is freezing where I am!! Although it is sunny!
ReplyDeleteYour cards look awesome!!
xxDaniella#4
Isn't it interesting to see how different the deer look with the different colours and patterns? I don't know which one I like best! At least you're still creating even if Mr Mojo is in Hawaii......
ReplyDeleteHugs, LLJ 35 xx
how right you are about doing Christmas stuff in hot weather. I cannot get used to Halloween in warm weather. It just seems wrong. It has cooled a little today. But I remain in my summer "art" wear.
ReplyDeleteMonica 33
great cards - I've managed to make a start as well hurrah, Happy WOYWW Anne x #96
ReplyDeletethe cards are terrific!
ReplyDeleteps: i have had weeks of no Mr Mojov. . . it makes for a long day at the studio, but hang in there he does come back . . . eventually... .
Even if you are mojoless, I think your cards are fabulous. It sure is weird having Christmas in the heat but it's great when everyone is over on Christmas day in the pool and having a relaxing BBQ. Nothing better.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and I'll keep an eye out for Mr Mojo.
Von #40
Lovely cards! I always wondered about the Xmas BBQ they seem to talk about on Home & Away :) but it's just so hard to get in the holiday mindset when the weather is sunny and hot. I think they need some shades, don't you? :D
ReplyDeleteBusy with DS's visit yesterday so Happy (late) WOYWW!
Mary Anne (12)
Mojo keeps popping up when I am out shopping but doesn't seem to want to come inside to play when I get all my goodies home LOL!! I have been sorting and organising to try and get it going - I have some orders to make up so will have to get started without Mojo!! Happy WOYWW - Mxx #57
ReplyDeleteYou say Mr Mojo is taking a vacation.....but those Christmas cards are lovely!
ReplyDeleteChristmas in the sun, when I visited my family in NZ I did love that...its usually just wet here in the UK!
Happy belated WOYWW
