WOYWW 312

It is the WOYWW 6th Anniversary Swap!!  This is my desk on this auspicious morning... and yes, it is 4.30 a.m. as I type this...
these are the ATC's that I have managed to make... 12 of them and then the wrist said no more crazy lady, that's it.... the doctor says I have a ganglione pressing on the nerves in my wrist which needs operating on to remove it...
So this is the ATC I have made to swap with my mystery person in linky list... to amke up for its lack of beauty on the outside I made it into a 'secret keeper' with the anniversary message on the inside when the top is slid upward!!
and you can see what a problem I have with the cats.... its 4.15 a.m. in this photo... and its daylight out there and the cats think that that means Mum should be out of bed and getting them breakfast!
Garden is looking nice though and I really appreciate the nice early morning view from my spot at the window...
Congratulations to Julia and all the WOYWW deskers on the 6th Anniversary of visiting each other, I have been missing in action most of this year but couldn't not be here for this... I still have few ATC's to swap with peeps if anyone is interested!!
Thank you to NikkiC for the lovely button as always!!

  1. Your garden is GORGEOUS, but those ATCs are over the top. They put mine to shame. Truly to shame.

Yours is still sitting on my desk. I need to get a few things together and thought I would send it when I send the PIF envie.

Happy, happy 6th WOYWW anniversary. May it (and our friendship) last a lifetime.

  5. What a fab garden - and I love the little ornaments you have there (spelling words).
I didn't know about your wrist - how awful for you, hope the operation is soon and you are fine afterwards. Out of action for a very short time too.
Fab atc's you have made - Your atc is in the post.

  6. 4.30?? Blimey, I haven't seen that time for a while! It's very light though and yes, your garden looks fab :-)
I love your design of ATC, especially with the secret sliding element, very clever indeed! I've got some ATCs spare, if you'd like to swap?

  8. Wonderful ATCs Annette and great view from the window - even if it is silly o'clock.
Hope the ganglione is sorted quickly. Isn't that the thing that 'old wives' used to say you should hit with the family bible - sounds rather a painful way to cure the problem. Wishing you a speedy resolution.

  9. LOL! I am so there with you - whatever made me thing making 30 pop up cubes was a good idea? But I do have one for you and how is it I had no idea you were in Scotland for the foreseeable? Lovely, Hubby is off up to collect DS from Dundee but the GF lives in ..Cairn Bahn? No idea how to spell it :) which is a bit more north. We may pop up end of the summer if we return him by car rather than making him take the train :) If so I'll be sure to drop you a line. Maybe we can finally meet up for a coffee...

    Happy 6th-anniversary WOYWW!

  10. Oh my gawd..4.15...I presume you'll be napping later? No wonder cats sleep all day! Can't you make them a blackout sleeping mask?!!!!
MIA or not, so glad to see you here today, really appreciate it and your ATCS are of course, just fab! Sorry about the ganglion...don't believe the people who tell you to slam a large book down on it, my Dad tried it and erm, cracked a little bone - and then had the op! It was life-giving-back though, so don't hesitate girly!

  12. Goodness, you are an early bird but your garden looks beautiful, even at such an unearthly hour. Sometimes it's the best time of the day, although 6am is more like it for me!!!
Love your ATC's and hope your wrist is soon mended. It's horrible being in pain.
    Happy 6th Anniversary

  16. Hi Annette, lovely to 'see' you!Love your ATC's, and your garden looks incredible. Just saw Julia's book comment- I remember when one of my sons had one on the back of his hand as a child, someone told me the 'old fashioned' way to get rid of them was to hit them with the family bible!-The ganglion, not the child, lol. Happy 6th Anniversary, Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #17 xx
