What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday 284

I woke up early and it was cold and dark and blowing a gale outside so I went back to bed... its still cold and dark and still blowing a gale outside so I guess I will just have to deal with it now! LOL  I am joining Julia and the WOYWW crowd for another Wednesday of snooping at desks around the world.
So without further ado... this is my desk this morning... the innerds of the mini book I was working on last week are done and I have the makings of the cover on my desk... so by rights it should be finished to day?  ;)
and last week we went left and viewed the other side of the room so this week I am swinging right to reveal... yeah, lots of stash and stuff....
and further along that wall.... more storage and then my printer and computer...
and this is that corner if I stand back... ahuh... it could do with some major sorting but its one of those long term jobs now I am in one place... I can take my time and make it work for me.
Stay warm and I will along to visit and have a nose at what you are doing!

  1. Yeah, and long term means it will work until one day you get irritated at one slight thing and BAM! It'll all be underway again! Meanwhile, still love the wall stickers, I missed those! Dark and very very wet here...bed is the best place. Regrettably I'm sitting in my work gear about to put on my steel toe caps and venture forth....the weather makes me feel quite intrepid!

  2. I really love your creative space. All that's missing is a few sewing machines ;-)

  3. I'm afraid the weather here isn't much better this morning in the uk
so it's going to be a day of crafting for me I think.

  8. Hi there, WOYWW neighbour!
It's amazing to see just how much you've done already to your craft room since you moved in to your new place. It looks very settled and ready for action! Especially when the weather is blowing a hooly outside like it has been doing here :-)
    Hugs, LLJ 32 xx

  10. Beautiful craft room! Jealous! You actually seem to have enough room to swing a cat! If I swung my cat there would be huge crash bang as everything hit the floor! LOL! I love the lamp stencil on the wall - so cute! Lindart #63

  11. Gale weather is craft weather! You have a lovely cosy, well organised craft space.

  17. Lovely to see your busy workspace Annette.
Weather down here is pretty grotty too - pouring down one minute and sunny the next with a fairly sturdy breeze.
    Toni xx

  18. Thanks for the virtual tour of your fabulous creative space. It all looks so lovely, not just organised, but really attractive too.

Thanks for your lovely comment, and I'm glad you like my album. There is only one section in it about Scotland, which I have now completed with one final page, and I think of all that I've done on it so far, the Scottish section is my favourite!

    Happy WOYWW,

  19. Hey Annette -Thanks for the visit earlier. When we return to the UK in a few years I too will miss Michaels. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your room so much space and storage. Cx #19

  20. So this is the end of it all? You now have permanence? That will be SO good. I had to laugh at that OTT light. You are like me. I have one in each space and seldom turn either one on, unless I'm taking photos or trying to exactly match two colors. You definitely have all the "bones" and the space, and of course, I'm impressed with how well it's already come together.

I see you're still using your cord and battery storage unit you made in Australia. Good for you.

  21. I forgot to mention, it's windy with sub-freezing temps here. It looks like that's our cycle for the next ten days or so! It reminds me of YOUR days in Calgary, minus the snow, of course. That will come this weekend.

  22. Love your bright yellow ampersand
    Happy Thursday! (sorry I'm late)

  23. Your room looks great, having just moved all my stuff from a room downstairs to a room upstairs I feel your pain packing it all up the number of times you have! Hopefully you will get to settle for a while and enjoy your lovely space. Love your wall stickers. x

  24. Hi Annette,
No need to keep warm here, it's supposed to be about 40/100 deg today :(
Your room is absolutely gorgeous! I have serious craft room envy!
    Have a good week,
    RosA # 1

  25. Sorry I am a bit late, it has taken me a while to get here as there are so many other lovely crafty spaces to visit on my way to you, and I get waylaid. You have a smashing space to craft and I loved looking at all your photos. Tracey @ 20

  27. Am so in love with your room, so well laid out.

  28. Wow! What a great work space. Thanks for visiting mine.

  29. Your space, as ever, looks fabulous. Always excited to see you working on a mini book cause yours are fab, every time. So detailed and with such attention to detail. Been cold here too, but I'm sure you suspected that... :)

Number only verification had returned so I was jumping on it but the word one came back after commenting on 5 blogs. But I am determined to get to YOU today so I am working thru it. On attempt number 3 now... DOH!

    Happy (late again) WOYWW!

  30. So good to have you back Annette. My lovely FS book is getting some things in now thanks to Eliza and the stash she sent me.
Saw the picture of Pandy on the chair arm, so funny (on Facebook). Have they settled? Bet they are no trouble as they are so used to moving about.
Hugs & Thanks for visiting me. Sorry I am so very very late - Neet xx

  31. Morning, what a super lot of storage space you have and it looks well organised, Lucky you.
Thanks for visiting me last Wedneday, and yes a cleared desk was tempting, but enjoyed my time with my guests and have now delved in and made another mess.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment, it is truly appreciated - sort of confirms that it is more than my Mum and husband that read this thing! :)
