What a lovely day for a wedding.... and a draw!

I got up at 4 a.m. here in Canada and watched the wedding of Kate and William... what a lovely day it was and everyone looked like they had a great time.  It's snowing here again... so glad it managed to stay dry and sunny in the UK!!
Now to draw the name for the little teabag book I was giving away on Tuesday...
So I printed the names out and removed duplicates to keep it fair...
Put them into the pyramid box I made...
its one of those UFO's as I have yet to figure out how to get a book to open inside it.... and I am here on my own except for the cats.... so I let the cats choose the winner...
now... I have to admit that neither of them seemed overly enthusiastic about the honour bestowed upon them...
Tom-Tom did oblige in the end.... and then Panda ran off with the stick with the bead on it...
So Halle it is!!  Congrats Halle, if you can let me have your address I will pop the teabag book in the post to you!

  1. Glad you got to see the wedding Annette - the weather here certainly came up trumps for the young couple.

Congrats to the lucky winner of your teabag book.

  5. I am really going to try and make a tea bag book. What a great gift idea. I want to make six for my stamping group.
It is funny my cats remind you of ferral cats in Saudi Arabia because my cats mother was a ferral cat and I rescued the kittens at 2 weeks. It took me 1 year to catch her and spay her only to have her die of renal failure. She was beautiful Persian calico nothing like her kittens.

  6. Leave it to Pandora to run off with the beaded stick. I hope you were able to rescue it before she did TOO much damage.

Congrats to Halle. I know she will be THRILLED. Of course, I LOVE that pyramid box. It is really gorgeous. Of course, the tea bag book is pretty gorgeous, too. And you always do such a phenomenal job on anything you make.

  7. I forgot to mention, I also watched most of the wedding. It really WAS a lovely wedding and everyone kept saying how wonderful it was to be a Brit on Friday. They really DO seem happy, but William needs to start using Rogaine.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment, it is truly appreciated - sort of confirms that it is more than my Mum and husband that read this thing! :)
