Just playing about...

with the pile of note pads I found in the local mall... I used Kaiser Kraft papers on this version and a font called 'pseudo saudi' for the Notes From My Desk which I cut on the Craft Robo. Not sure if you can see the splodges which are part of the design have been embossed using Anita's 3D gloss finish - I personally find Anita's a bit too liquid for personal taste and prefer Glossy Accents - but they all end up with my fingerprint in them because I am incapable of leaving it alone and have to test if its dry... before its dry!! ;) Used my trusty BIA and 1" o'wires on this version.

  2. That's a great font! No, the embossing isn't showing up too well, but I'm imagining how it looks. :)

Have you tried Diamond Glaze? It's much quicker drying than Glossy Accents and a bit thicker than Anita's. It's not cheap, but it doubles as a fantastic adhesive for small embellies. Once stuck, they're stuck!

  5. I left a long message yesterday about glossy accents, but it seems to have vanished into the ether of cyberspace.

Basically, I said that I use Anita's too and yes, it is a bit on the thin side. Glossy Accents are fab, but I think Diamond Glaze is the best. It dries quicker than Glossy Accents and although it isn't cheap, it doubles as the most fantastic adhesive for wee embellies - metal, plastic, whatever. Once dry, it's stuck for ever!

    Love your book!!
